Animals aren't the only ones whose lives are changed for the better.

People who adopt animals open their lives to love.

Here is our precious Hannah with her new mom. She went to her new home in Lynchburg on January 26th, and she seems very happy. Her big brother is Max, a 9-year-old ACD with cancer. Even though he has cancer and a few years on him, he is a sweet boy and as playful as a pup. I visited with Kelly, Hannah’s new mom for a long time and was concerned when I went to leave because Hannah had this look in her eyes. “You’re not going to leave me?” Then she turned, walked into the kitchen and started to chew a rawhide as if to say, “Go on, I am home now.” I had to leave quickly before I broke down and cried - tears of joy, for our Hannah is in the wonderful home she deserves.
