You can help many homeless animals. Volunteer with us.
There are many ways that you can help a homeless and helpless animal by volunteering your time and resources. If you are interested in volunteering, please complete our volunteer application at the bottom of this page, and submit it to . One of our current volunteers will contact you usually within 48 hours.
Here are some of the many ways you can help:
- Transporter
- Animals are always looking for a ride. Here are some of the places they need to go: Vet’s office, trainer, foster home, forever home, another rescue, to meet a long-distance transport, etc.
- Foster parent
- Many homeless animals wouldn’t have to die just because they are homeless if only they have someplace to stay while they are waiting on their “forever” family to find them. Sometimes that takes only a few days and sometimes it takes a few months. Foster homes provide a safe and loving environment, basic training, and food.
- Fundraiser
- All homeless animals need money for their medical care and sometimes a few incidentals such as toys, crates, collars, leashes, professional transport, etc.
- Advocate
- Homeless animals need to have someone who will champion their cause. Advocates do things such as contact breed specific rescues, sanctuaries, newspapers, radio stations, etc to get the message out that there is a wonderful, but homeless, animal available for adoption.
- Sponsor
- Homeless animals need people who are interested in them and are willing to sponsor their care until they are adopted.
- Open
- If you know of a way that you could help a homeless, helpless animal, please contact us and let us know how.
Thank you for caring about the animals…
